Srilanka::Mr. Arvind Gupta, Director General of the Institute of Defence Studies and Analysis (IDSA) paid a courtesy call to the Secretary Defence and Urban Development Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa today (5th December 2012) at the ministry premises.
Secretary Defence and Mr. Gupta had a cordial discussion on matters of bilateral importance and mutual interest.
The High Commissioner and the Defence Attache of India to Sri Lanka were also present at the event.
