டெல்லி: டெல்லி உயர்நீதிமன்ற வாயிலில் ப்ரீப்கேஸில் வைக்கப்பட்ட பலத்த சப்தத்துடன் குண்டுவெடித்தது. இதில் 9 பேர் பலியானதாக உள்துறையின் உள்நாட்டுப் பாதுகாப்புத் துறை செயலாளர் யு.கே.பன்சால் தெரிவித்துள்ளார். 45 க்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் காயமடைந்துள்ளனர்.

5வது வாசலில்

டெல்லி உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தின் 5வது நுழைவாயில் அருகே இன்று காலை 10.15 மணிக்கு பலத்த சப்தத்துடன் குண்டுவெடித்தது. இதனால் அதிர்ச்சி அடைந்த வக்கீல்களும், கோர்ட்டுக்கு வந்தவர்களும் அங்கிருந்து ஓடினர். பின்னர் வக்கீல்களே போலீஸாருக்குத் தகவல் கொடுத்தனர்.

இதையடுத்து சம்பவம் நடந்த இடத்திற்கு உடனடியாக போலீஸாரும், தீயணைப்புப் படையினரும், ஆம்புலன்ஸ்களும், வெடிகுண்டு நிபுணர்களும் விரைந்துள்ளனர்.

ப்ரீப்கேஸ்' குண்டு

முதலில் இந்தக் குண்டுவெடிப்பு சாதாரணமானதாக கருதப்பட்டது. ஆனால் போலீஸ் வந்து ஆய்வு செய்த பின்னர் தான் இது சக்தி வாய்ந்த குண்டுவெடிப்பு என்பது தெரிய வந்தது.

ப்ரீப்கேஸ் ஒன்றில் குண்டு வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது. 30க்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் இந்த குண்டுவெடிப்பில் காயமடைந்துள்ளனர். காயமடைந்தவர்கள் ஆம்புலன்ஸ் மூலம் ராம் மனோகர் லோகியா மற்றும் சப்தர்ஜங் மருத்துவமனைக்குக் கொண்டு செல்லப்பட்டுள்ளனர். அந்தப் பகுதியை போலீஸார் தங்களது கட்டுப்பாட்டுக்குள் கொண்டு வந்துள்ளனர்.

உள்துறை அமைச்சகம் தீவிர ஆலோசனை

குண்டுவெடிப்புச் சம்பவத்தைத் தொடர்ந்து உள்துறை அமைச்சக அதிகாரிகள் டெல்லி காவல்துறையுடன் தீவிர ஆலோசனையில் ஈடுபட்டுள்ளனர். குண்டுவெடிப்பு குறித்து டெல்லி காவல்துறை ஆணையருடன் தொடர்ந்து விவரம் கேட்டு வருகின்றனர்.

இது குறித்து உள்துறை அமைச்சகத்தின் உள்நாட்டுப் பாதுகாப்புத் துறை சிறப்பு செயலாளர் யு. கே. பன்சால் கூறியதாவது,

டெல்லி உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் உள்ள கார் நிறுத்தும் பகுதியில் ஒரு ப்ரீப்கேஸ் கண்டெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இன்று காலை நீதிமன்றத்திற்குள் செல்வதற்காக நுழைவுச் சீட்டு வாங்க சுமார் 200 பேர் வரிசையாக நின்றிருந்தனர். அப்போது தான் அந்த குண்டு வெடித்துள்ளது. இதில் 4 பேர் பலியாகியுள்ளனர்.

குண்டுவெடிப்பு குறித்து உள்துறை அமைச்சர் ப.சிதம்பரம் பிற்பகல் 12.30 மணிக்கு செய்தியாளர்களைச் சந்திப்பார் என்றார்.

இந்த குண்டுவெடிப்பு சம்பவத்தையடுத்து டெல்லி உயர் நீதிமன்ற வளாகத்தில் தேசிய பாதுகாப்பு படையினர் குவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். குண்டு வெடித்த இடத்தில்

அம்மோனியம் நைட்ரேட் கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று தேசிய பாதுகாப்பு படையினர் தெரிவித்தனர்.

2-வது சம்பவம்

கடந்த மே மாதம் 25ம் தேதியும் டெல்லி உயர்நீதிமன்ற வளாகத்தில் சிறிய அளவிலான குண்டுவெடிப்பு நடந்தது நினைவிருக்கலாம்.

இந்த நிலையில் குண்டுவெடிப்பு குறித்து ராஜ்யசபாவில் இன்று கண்டனம் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.

At least 24 people were injured and four dead in a blast this morning outside one of the entry gates to the Delhi High Court complex crowded with visitors seeking entry into the premises. The explosion occurred outside gate No.5 where 100 to 200 people were waiting in queue to get passes for entry into the court complex. The nature and magnitude of the blast was immediately not known.

According to eyewitnesses, 20 to 25 persons were injured in the explosion, which occurred at around 10:17 am and some of them may be in a critical condition. Delhi Special Commissioner Dharmendra Kumar confirmed that 24 people have been injured.

Some of the injured were being treated at a dispensary in the court itself while others were rushed to RML and LNJP hospitals. Home secretary, Delhi government said that four people are dead.

Court business is usually heavy on Wednesday, which is listed as a Public Interest Litation(PIL) day when the visitors come to the court in large numbers.

Ambulances and fire tenders were rushed to the site. Forensic experts were also rushing to the spot.

The blast area has been cordoned off and police have asked people to clear the area.

Top officials of Delhi police including Special Commissioner (law and order) Dharmendra Kumar and Joint Commissioner of Special Cell R S Krishnaiah reached the spot.

Jt Commissioner (Crime) Sandip Goyal and Special Commissioner P N Aggarwal also joined them.

Kumar said it was too early to ascertain the exact nature of the blast.

He declined to speculate whether the blast was of low intensity or high intensity.

It is in the second time in four months that a blast occured outside the Delhi High Court complex.

An explosion on May 25 triggered panic prompting the authorities to sound a high alert in the capital and tighten security at public places. No one was injured.

Low-intensity explosives, wrapped in a polythene bag and kept close to the car parked near Gate No. 7, went off around 1.30 p.m. Ammonium nitrate, a battery-like object, wires and some nails were found at the site by forensic experts.
