Colombo::The outgoing Indian Defence Attaché Captain Sumeet Kapoor paid a farewell call on Secretary Defence and Urban Development Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa (07th October).
Secretary Defence and Captain Kapoor had a cordial discussion during the meeting. Mr. Rajapaksa wished him well on all his future endeavors. Mementoes were exchanged between the two officials to mark the occasion. .
